This is a group for all the runners of the Pie Club to get together, share ideas and achievements and offer their assistance to other runners.
Eating well is important, which we all do as is evident in the fantastic posts we see every day in The Pie Club group. Exercise is equally important to a good, healthy life.
I’ve therefore created this group for members of the Pie Club who enjoy running (or any other active exercise/sport for that matter) to share their ideas/tips/queries with other members of the group.
